Shunyou - Beckoning Spring Incense by Shoyeido

from $54.95

This is the scent that fills our shop daily—an elegant and grounding presence that has become part of our creative rhythm. Shunyou, or Beckoning Spring, was introduced to us through one of our favorite Japanese stores, 45RPM, and it’s been with us ever since. Its refined blend of agarwood and soft, subtle bitterness evokes the feeling of a spring breeze—fresh, quiet, and full of potential.

Handcrafted by Shoyeido, one of Japan’s most revered incense makers, this blend creates an atmosphere of lush tranquility. For us, it’s more than fragrance—it’s part of the ritual of making, a scent that clears the air and brings focus to the day.

We’ve paired it with our own handmade incense burner, designed to honor the quiet beauty of the practice. Together, they bring a sense of calm and intention to any space—whether it’s a workshop, a home, or somewhere in between.”
