Rolling Oak Loft Ladder

The brief was to create a ladder to a previously installed loft space, but make it modern and artful.

Crafted from rift white oak hardwood and customized to the specific requirements of the client, this ladder was very gratifying to engineer. The ladder's unique folding mechanism, designed to allow it to fold in half and stow away in a closet, is a testament to the craftsmanship and attention to detail that went into its creation.

Custom brass fittings and hardware add an additional layer of sophistication and elegance, elevating the ladder from a mere utilitarian object to a work of art.
